On 19 August, Armen Ginosyan has been assigned to the position of Deputy Ombudsman on soldiers’ rights issues on the order of the Human Rights Defender Karen Andreasyan.
Formerly Armen Ginosyan was the Adviser to the Ombudsman and then the Head of the Quick Response Department.
Armen Grigoryan studied at the Faculty of Law Yerevan State University, and then in 2014 received his PhD from the same University.
