On June 4, WWF with Armenian Center of Environmental Protection (EPAC) have organized the presentation of a guideline of forest legislation of the RA.
The guideline is for the people who work in legislative, executive and judicial systems and it can be useful for companies which are engaged in the environmental issues, for professors, students and so on.
The co-author, young lawyer and professor Gor Movsisyan said, “We were not keen on making a scientific analysis for the improvement of legislation but to explain what really exists”. The main aim of the book is to give opportunities not only to specialists to use laws of the RA, but also students.
The guideline was prepared and published in the framework of the program of the ENPI FLEG Program “Improving Forest Law Enforcement and Governance in the European Neighborhood Policy East Countries and Russia”.
