69.540 (87.6% of the total number of voters) citizens of the Nagorno Kharabakh Republic voted in favor of the Constitutional referendum, 7686 (9.7% of the total number of voters) citizens voted against, 2202 ballots (2.8% of the total number of voters) were declared invalid.
