Today, President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree, which reads:
“Governed by Article 55, Clause 11 of the RA Constitution with amendments of 2005, based on Articles 144 (5) and 148 (6) of the RA Judicial Code, and on the conclusions of 9 September, 2016, AKh-19-Vo-16 of the RA Council of Justice I decide to:
1. Appoint Lilit TADEVOSYAN, to the position of the judge of the Criminal Chamber of the RA Court of Cassation, terminating her authorities of the judge of the RA Criminal Court of Appeal.
2. Appoint Arsen MKRTCHYAN to the position of the judge of the RA Civil Court of Appeal.”
