After discovery and recording the violation of traffic rules, the road traffic police officer shall with the contest of the performer of the offense fill in the check on penalty fee and receive the cash in place.
The check should be completed in two identical copies; one is provided to the penalty payer (traffic participant), wile the second copy stayes at the road traffic police officer and is attached to the protoclole of the adminiatrative violation.
It should be noted that the check is considered to be unfit for use, if its integrity is damaged, or there are substantial printing or contextual defects.
