Court Records

A record is compiled at the court session of the courts of the first instance, appeals court and cassation court, as well as, outside court session when performing separate judicial actions.

 

The record is compiled by the court session secretary.

 

The simple paper record is carried out in written or on the computer. It is attached to the case materials signed by the chairperson and the secretary.

 

In case of the record with special computer tape recording, its short computer transcript is carried out as well.

 

The CD signed by the chairperson and the secretary with the tape record is attached to the case materials as well.

 

A copy of the CD with the tape record of the court session and the transcript is provided to the participants of the case on their written request just after the court session.

 

The copy of the simple paper record of the court session is provided the participants of the case on their written request no later than on the next day of the court session.
