“There is a global shortage of masks and today there are no masks in many countries of the world or the price has raised,” Health Minister Arsen Torosyan said during a press conference today.

The minister informed that 165,000 masks have been imported for the needs of Armenia and 50,000 will be available within the next few days to meet the needs of medical institutions as they communicate with patients and are considered a risk group.

Notably, one case of a person infected with coronavirus was registered in Armenia on the night of 1 March.
