The Ministry of Justice has submitted a Draft Law “On Making Amendment to the Law on the Passport of the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia” for public discussion.

According to the  justification of the Draft, as a result of the amendment, the requirements of the Law on the Passport of the Citizen of the Republic of Armenia will be harmonized with the requirements of the Law on the Military Service and the Status of Servicemen and the time-frame and procedure for issuing passports for male civilian citizens will be revised.
