Director of “Spayka” LLC David Ghazaryan was  charged  under Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia  (non-payment of a significant amount, fee or other mandatory payment) . Currently, the issue of restraint is being examined at the Kentron  Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.

The advocates inform Iravaban.net  that the judge is now in an advisory room. All participants in the session have already made their speeches.

Davit Ghazaryan’s supporters have been in the courtroom since the beginning of the session and chanted “Freedom”.
