The case of the shots made last year near Vernissage continues to be investigated in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork Marash Administrative Districts, under the presiding judge Gagik Poghosyan

Today’s court case on the shooting that took place on 17 May last year near “Vernissage” was devoted to the discussion of the medical reference provided from the psychiatric clinic “Nubarashen.

However the defense argued that the action was not properly classified and accusation needs to be reviewed.

The two accused Valerik Hovhannisyan and Nerses Melkonyan who were involved in “Vernisaj case” (17 May, 2014) were not present at today’s judicial sitting.
