The Authors wanted to regulate the Gossip Industry: Levon Barseghyan
Today the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs of the National Assembly organized parliamentary hearings to discuss the issue of “Insult and libel on the Internet: Existing Problems and proposed Legal Solutions.”
Levon Barsegyna, Chairman of of Gyumri Journalists’ Club “Asparez” mentioned that the authors wanted to regulate the gossip industry. “Gossip exists since human speech has formed and as far as I know it has not been possible to regulate it yet,” he mentioned.
