The Ministry of Justice has presented a draft for public discussion that proposes to establish a written procedure for examining criminal appeals. The draft includes exceptions for cases where the Court of Appeals grants a motion to examine evidence, as well as when the Court of Appeals concludes that oral proceedings are necessary for examining the appeal.
