With high fever, weak and moving with difficulty – this is how fellow servicemen last saw soldier Norik Mkrtchyan.
The family has had no news from the soldier since 2021; one thing is clear – they sent their son to the army expecting his return.
“We’re going up to positions,” – Norik said during a phone conversation with his mother on May 14, and that was their last conversation. He had gone up to the Vardenis positions for the first time.
