Professional service providers are concerned. It is proposed that from July 1, 2025, the taxation of several professional works and services will be transferred to the general taxation system. These include: legal activities, accounting, head office operations, management consulting services, and several other sectors.

Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan said during parliamentary hearings on making changes to the tax code in the National Assembly that the policy of change is directed towards the general taxation system and the purpose of the policy is to strengthen the principles of tax equality.
