When commenting on various individuals, one should be more careful: The Constitutional Court has recognized the provision as unconstitutional
Upon the petition of the former Minister of Justice, the Constitutional Court has declared the provision regarding defamation unconstitutional and invalid.
In cases of defamation spread on the internet by private individuals, there is no provision for the possibility of refuting the defamation, presenting a response to it, or removing it. We have found out the reason why the former Minister of Justice submitted such a petition in our prepared report.
