Delivery companies in Armenia are often observed engaging in unfair competition, misleading consumers, and violating their rights.

The Competition Protection Commission is focusing its attention on the activities of various commercial networks on online platforms.

The Competition Protection Commission has recently applied a measure of responsibility against “Global Shipping” Limited Liability Company for unfair competition manifested by misleading the public. A fine of about 53 million drams has been imposed.
