Details about the ministry to be established: What structure will it have?
The Government has planned to establish the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The following bodies will be subordinate to the Ministry:
- The Police,
- Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs,
- Migration and Citizenship Service,
- The Police Academy.
The Ministry of Justice finds it difficult to say why the Ministry of Internal Affairs was dissolved in 2003. No documented justification was found.
