Amendments have been made to the Labor Code to make certain clarifications in the employee-employer legal relationship during martial law.

As a matter of urgency, the amendments were submitted and adopted by the National Assembly on 9 October in connection with the maintenance, remuneration and other issues of conscription and voluntary participation of citizens in the defense of the homeland.
