Today, at the sitting of the Concil of the Elders of Yerevan, the issue of kindergartens was discussed. I addition to other issues, Ms Izabella Abgaryan, representative of the “My Step” touched upon the issue of the color of the buildings and said that the Council of Elders cannot decide what color the building should be.
