The title of the 206th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Procedure for Application to the Ombudsman.” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. The Ombudsman does not consider the claims, which shall be solved only judicially. Consideration of the claim is abolished in case when the interested party submits an application or claim to the court.
