After the Twenty years, if I were allowed to go to the police again, I would choose patrol service: Head of Police Educational Complex
The RA Police Reform Strategy and its Implementation Action Plan 2020-2022 foresee a number of changes to a number of police education and structural issues.
Regarding the newly established patrol service, Mushegh Babayan, head of the Educational Complex of the Police, says that after 20 years of investigative work, if he were now allowed to enter the police service, he would choose the patrol service.
