The title of the 199th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “How to reinstate at Work Place and to solve the Dispute?” Syuzanna Soghomonyan, Advocate, Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. In case when it occurs that the work conditions were changed and the labor contract with the employee has been terminated without legal bases or in violation of the procedures established by the law, the infringed rights of the employee are restored.
