The title of the 194th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “ The Benefit paid for the First Former.” Serine Khachatryan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. A lump-sum allowance for the first former is allocated in case when one of the adults in the family applied for admission of the child to the first class during August, September or October, and the family has the right to family allowances by the date of application.
