Implementation of a unified mechanism for the protection of workers’ rights in Russia will be discussed at the recommendation of the HLA Head.

Mr. Hakob Avagyan, Head of the RA Health and Labor Inspectorate participated in the conference of the Regional Alliance of Labor Inspections of CIS and Mongolia (RALI of CIS and Mongolia) in Moscow in December.

In his speech at the conference, the head of the Armenian Health and Labor Inspectorate Hakob Avagyan first introduced the latest legislative changes, which extend the powers of the Armenian Inspectorate, and then referred to the general issues that require a coordinated approach by the member states of the Alliance.

In a conversation with Iravaban.net, Hakob Avagyan provided details on his recommendation and the issues frequently encountered by citizens of the Republic of Armenia in the Russian Federation.
