The title of the 182nd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Can the Medicine be exchanged or returned?” Karen Hovhannisyan, Senior Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. Article 9(11) of the RA Law on Trade and Services provides, “Medicine is provided (sold) by the prescriptions. Medicine of proper quality sold to the buyer (consumer) is not subject or exchange and/or return.”
