Children, the Elderly, and Persons with Disabilities will decide for themselves which Facility to use: Prime Minister
At the governments meeting on 24 October, the executive decided to provide state care services through a state certificate to children, the elderly and people with disabilities.
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhi Batoyan presented the issue to the members of the executive.
