The title of the 177th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “What kind of Liability arises sale of Pornography Materials or Objects” Karen Hovhannisyan, Senior Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Code on Administrative Offences provides, “Selling pornography literature or video materials to persons under the age of eighteen entails imposing of a fine on the operator of the offence in the amount of 50.000 AMD.”
