The title of the 176th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Extension of Exaction on Mortgaged Property” Serine Khachatryan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. In case where the mortgagee does not require pre-time discharge of liabilities ensured by the mortgaged property in case of extension of exaction on mortgaged property of the debtor then the liabilities of the former debtor are transferred to the new owner who obtained the property in auction, and the property is considered a pledge at the morgagee.
