The title of the 171st video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Arising of Conviction, Cancellation Terms and other Features.” Karen Hovhannisyan, Senior Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. If the person has been granted early release in the order provided by law, or the remaining part of the punishment has been substituted with other remit sentence, the term for cancellation of the term is considered since the moment of service of the main and additional sentence.
