The title of the 165th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “ Order for Recovery of Training Expenses of the Contractual Military Service in Case of refusal form Service.” Karen Hovhannisyan, Senior Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. In case of refusal from the contractual military service the military servant submits a report to the commander of his military unit (the head of organizational unit), where the reason for the refusal and the readiness to compensate the education costs are mentioned.
