On 28 June, Vahe Grigoryan sent a letter to the President of the Republic of Armenia, the National Assembly, the Government, the General Assembly of Judges, the members and the judge of the Constitutional Court and stated that a situation of a constitutional crisis had emerged in the country and offered his options for overcoming the crisis.
