The title of the 159th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Friendly Settlement during Compulsory Implementation of Decision.” Serine Khachatryan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. Friendly Settlement is signed in written form, in one document compiled and signed by the parties. The document is provided to the enforcement body. Upon receiving the friendly settlement the enforcement body shall terminate the enforcement procedure and apply to the court which provided the enforcement list.
