As we have already informed, according to Article 166 (1) and Article 213 of the Constitution, the President nominated Arthur Vagharshyan for the vacant position of the Constitutional Court Judge. Today, on May 29, the National Assembly is discussing the issue of election of the Constitutional Court Judge.
