The title of the 150nd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Can the Foreign Citizens enjoy Land Ownership Right?” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. The Constitution of the Republic of Armenia provides, “Foreign citizens and non-citizens shall not enjoy the right to land ownership except for cases prescribed by the law.” They may enjoy only land tenure rights. Exception is made for the individuals who enjoy special status in the Republic of Armenia.
