The title of the 147th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “ Is Voluntary construction of Building and Constrictions fined?” Syuzanna Soghomonyan, Advocate, Member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Construction of buildings and constructions on the state or community owned land plots creates imposing fine upon the citizens at the rate of four hundred times the amount of the minimum wages.
