The title of the 145th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Order of dismissing the Driver from driving a Vehicle.” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. When the policeman excludes the driver from driving a vehicle with the purpose to use it, he is obliged to provide a corresponding written notice (coupon) on the drivers request noting the duration and the distance of the drive, his name, post, number of his certificate of service and the name of sub-division.
