The title of the 137th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “What happens when the Individual misses the Terms to apply to the Court?” Anahit Hakobyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Solicitation for extension of the terms of proceeding is submitted to the court where the proceeding shall be executed. Along with the submission of solicitation, where possible, all other procedural actions (submission od the application, complaints, documents, etc.) which terms had been expired, are realized as well.
