Aram Orbelyan about Petitions filed at the Court Hearing on Robert Kocharyan’s Case
The court hearing on choosing the measure of restraint for the second president of Armenia Robert Kocharyanof is going on at the Court of Appeal.
His lawyer, Aram Orbelyan, told journalists that one of the two petitions has already been submitted. A petition was filed to the Court of Appeal with a request to apply to the Constitutional Court to consider whether the question of Robert Kocharyan’s detention could be discussed without assessing the admissibility of evidence.
