The title of the 129th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Improvements of Tenancy.” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. If the tenant had implemented improvements of the tenancy on his own expenses and with the consent of the lender, and when these improvements are integral part of the estate, then the tenant is entitled to request recovery of the expenses after termination of the hire contract unless otherwise provided in the contract.
