No one can forbid Parents to send Something to their Children: David Tonoyan
No one can forbid parents to send parcels to their soldiers in the military units. Acting Defense Minister David Tonoyan said this at a press conference.
He also noted that the issue of the soldiers’ food is not solved through these parcels.
