The title of the 121st video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “When and in which cases the Citizen can apply to the Constitutional Court?” Syuzanna Soghomonyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Individuals may apply regarding the constitutionality of the provisions of laws adopted by the National assembly or passed by referendums. In such cases the National Assembly is involved in the procedure as a respondent with regard to the laws adopted by the NA.
