The title of the 117th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Citizens are liable for burning the Waste.” Anahit Hakobyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Burning the production and consumption wastes, as well as the leaves of defoliation in nature, settlements, around them as well as in facilities, boiler installation, stoves and/or other devices that are not designated for purposes, creates warning or imposing fine upon the citizens at the rate of fifty times the amount of of the minimum wages, the same actions performed by the authority shall impose fine at the rate of two hundred times the amount of of the minimum wages.
