The title of the 116th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Terms for submitting Application for Retrial in the Civil Procedure.” Arpine Yeghikyan, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. The application for retrial against the decision of the First Instance Court which entered into force and solves the case in substance, may be accepted in the exceptional case, when during the former case investigation fundamental breaches of material or procedural law took place and in result the adopted judicial act breaches the essence of justice, and newly emerged or new circumstances have occurred.
