Iravaban.net continues the new program “Informed Citizen,” which is aimed to inform the public on their rights through a video series. The title of the 95th video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Can the Testator eliminate, change or amend the Will?” Arpine Yeghikyan, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. The testator is entitled to: 1) Completely eliminate the will; 2) Change the former will by eliminating, amending or additions to individual instructions in the will or amending the will by new instructions.
