Iravaban.net continues the new program “Informed Citizen,” which is aimed to inform the public on their rights through a video series. The title of the 92nd video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Responsibility for Illegible Number of the Car.” Anahit Hakobyan, Advocate, member of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the expert of the program. Pursuant to Article 132.5 of the RA Law on Administrative Infringements, “Driving of vehicles with illegible or inconstant with the established standard number incurs fine in the rate of ten thousand AMD.”
