Arthur Petrosyan, user of Facebook.com social network has provided to Iravaban.net a videotape  where it is clear that the traffic inspector violates the traffic rules without using the traffic lights.

According to the user, this violation was made about a month ago, the traffic inspector’s car number is 1150.
