Yervand Varosyan about the Release of Armen Mikayelyan, the member of the Funding Parliament
Yesterday, the Court of Appeal, presided by Judge Alexander Azaryan, made a decision on replacing the arrest of Armen Mikaelyan, a member of Funding Parliament, with pledge. The latter was arrested on July 27 on suspicion of keeping firearm illegally.
This was actually an exclusive decision during the investigation on the situation after the occupation of PPS regiment. Why it is exclusive, explains advocate Yervand Varosyan, the defender of Armen Mikaelyan’s rights.
