The next court session on the case of the car accident on Horom- Gyumri road was held in the Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Marz. The court passed to the examination of the existing proves. State prosecutor A. Avetisyan read out in sequence the forensic examination of the victims and the dead of “Gazel” microbus. There no announcements and objections were made about the examinations.
Then inferences of a complex of different forensic examinations were announced. The defender of the presented inferences L. Balyan objected and brought forth a motion to set a complex examination, on basis that the previous examination were done defectively, and answers were not given to many questions.
The presented motion was objected by the representatives of “Trance Akntart” CJSC, claiming that defender L. Balyan does not have enough and good juridical knowledge. L. Balyan replied: “The next day of the incident MP Martun Grigoryan expressed his thoughts in the video which is posted in www.youtube.com website, where he mentions that the “Gazel” was burnt because of diesel fuel. The examinations were done taking into account this expression.”
Notably, after the previous dispute between the defender and the prosecutor, the prosecutor has been attending the court hearing in a uniform.
After that, a discussion started on the motions presented by L. Balyan. The court rejected the first motion about the self-confession testimonies made in a shocked state during the preliminary investigation.
The next motion was about giving information on clarifying the dismissed benefit by the claim of «Trance Akntart» CJSC, information on Razmik Asatryan’s working and giving a salary to him, which had been rejected by the Ministry of Finance. The court rejected this motion also.
Further on basis of bringing forth new motions the defender requested to postpone the sitting. The next court sitting will be held on 24 July 2015.
