Pursuant to the RA Code on Administrative Violations, transportation of sand or cement or plaster or transportation of bulk materials and construction waste without the impervious cover or transportation of garbage through the road not approved by the community management in the Republkic of Armenia, or failure to dispose the garbage in the designated areas shall give rise to imposing the fine in the amount of fifty fold of the minimal salary for the citizens and one hundred and fifty fold of the minimal salary for the officials (150 thousand AMD).
The same violations that were committed again within one year after the imposition of administrative sanctions shall give rise for imposing a fine in the amount of one hundred fold of the minimal salary for the citizens and three hundred fold of the minimal salary for the officials (300 thousand AMD).
