The training courses for the senior and leading specialists started in the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service. The training is organized under the provisions of Part 4 of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service,” according to which the compulsory enforcement officers shall pass mandatory training once in every 5 years at least.
The experienced experts of Compulsory Enforcement Service and the lecturers from Yerevan State University conduct the training for the senior and leading specialists. The involvement of YSU lecturers in the training process is according to the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service and the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University on 14 June 2013.
